The 5th Annual Toppan Forms Golf Day was held at the Hong Kong Golf Club in Fanling on February 27, 2004 under a sunny and warm weather. The first tee-off started at 8:03a.m. and each flight played around 4 hours for 18 holes in total. After the tournament finished, all players were invited to participate in prize presentation ceremony hosted by Mr. Tamada. It was a pleasant and memorable moment for the whole event.

Guest player, Mr. Joseph Au of Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited, walked away with the challenge cup with net score in 63.8 and Mr. Takao Yasukochi of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., (HK) Ltd. won the Best Gross Score prize with the highest gross score of 83.
