complete document scanning bureau service line - DocuScanTM
Service Centre has been set up by the end of 2003 at Yuen Long Plant.
This enable us to provide a one-stop document management solution from
stitches removal to indexing, from document transporting to document warehousing
to our customers. They no longer need to invest a lot to have their documents
digitized at a time but only leave it to Toppan Forms. We are able to
take the full document management function off their hand now.
As a product launch event, TFHK joined force with IBM
China/HK Ltd. and DCI Vision Ltd. to organize a joint seminar – DocuScanTM
Service on Mar 17, 2004. With unprecedented enrollment feedback, all seminar
seats are fully occupied. During the seminar, Toppan Forms DocuScan™ Service
Centre, DCI Vision's document management system – ParaDM and IBM's xServer
technology update were fully covered. The whole event concluded with a
Q& A session by which overwhelming response was got. The whole seminar
was over-run as much more group discussion on Toppan Forms DocuScan Service
was made after the Q&A session.
Due to the encouraging result, another event to promote DocuScan™ will
