In 1972, a highly reputed business forms supplier, a household name and publicly listed company in Japan – Toppan Forms Company Ltd., together with a local company, jointly formed Toppan Moore Paragon (S.E.A.) Ltd. in Hong Kong and renamed as Toppan Moore (HK) Ltd. on 28 December 1978. This joint venture marked the introduction of truly professional business communications expertise to the territory. Progressively, the company has become a leading business forms printing, data management services and office machinery provider in Hong Kong.

1982 saw the beginning of DIVERSIFICATION for the TFHK Group, as a pioneer in the industry to implement the philosophy of one-stop-shop and total solution in the Hong Kong market – with the formation of DataCard Toppan Moore Ltd. To meet the market needs where personal finance and IT management of security and attendance flourished in the past decades, we have now achieved a market penetration of 70% of the local financial cards market; while 95% of local banks are using our Datacard card issuance systems. Two companies together provide one-stop business solutions to all customers to meet the highly sophisticated needs of today's changing competitive environment.

Toppan Moore Computer Systems Ltd. spun off from the TFHK Group, as a division initially specializing in the sales and marketing of IBM products to become an independent company in 1988, emerged as the third pillar of the TFHK Group. In 1997, the three companies were renamed as Toppan Forms (HK) Ltd., Toppan Forms Card Technologies Ltd. and Toppan Forms Computer Systems Ltd. respectively. With business communications, card technologies and IT expertise the Group has transformed into a genuine TOTAL SOLUTIONS provider, and the preferred strategic partner for all our corporate customers.

GOING GLOBAL, we started with our regional expansion in Greater China. Shenzhen Ruixing Printing Co., Ltd. was founded as early as 1992 to provide professional business forms printing services to the PRC market. In the following year, the Group furthered its regional presence with the formation of Tipografia Manson Computer Forms Lda. in Macau. All these are the pipeline as part of our expansion strategy in the Pacific Rim.

Toppan Forms Information Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., recently set up in 2003 at Shanghai's Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone took us a step further from a representative office to a key market player. Another milestone for our strategic presence in the enormous, up-and-coming China market in the new millennium.

On an operations level we boost a number of real customer benefits, directly made possible to you by our self-owned high security, state-of-the-art Yuen Long Plant with 120,000 sq. ft. floor area; capabilities in data management services including highly competitive outsourcing services; as well as our quality excellence evidenced by ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Management Certification for both Toppan Forms (HK) Ltd. and Toppan Forms Card Technologies Ltd. Besides, we are proud to announce that 3 of our Group Companies are successfully rewarded the ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management Systems Certification in 2007.
