Toppan Forms (Hong Kong) Limited was established in 1972, providing business forms printing, data management services and office machinery. Empowered by our parent company Toppan Forms Co., Ltd., we are committed to continue our growth and competitiveness in the industry by constant new product research and development.


Our sister company Toppan Forms Card Technologies Limited and affiliated company, Toppan Forms Computer Systems Limited were founded in 1982 and 1988 respectively, provide a variety of card products, card issuance systems and services for the ever-expanding computer and IT market.


In order to cope with the rapid market development in China, Shenzhen Ruixing Printing Company Limited and Manson Computer Form Company Limited were established in 1992 and 1993 respectively to provide various business form products in China. In 2003, Toppan Forms Information Systems (Shanghai) Company Limited was formed to provide card products and card issuance systems and has brought our card business to the next level and presence in Greater China.
